About the property
Built from massive oak beams, the house has been carefully preserved and lovingly adapted to modern living, with deep respect for every detail of its heritage.
It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms furnished with antique pieces and traditional touches. On the ground floor, there is a smaller room, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area where a large solid wood table takes center stage — perfect for gathering with family and friends.
Every corner of the house radiates warmth and character — from vintage furniture, porcelain accents, and wooden chests to thoughtful details that gently echo a slower, more grounded way of life.
At the front of the house, a covered porch invites you to enjoy your morning coffee in peace. The property also includes an outdoor toilet, adding rustic charm to the authentic countryside experience.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including approximately 800 m² of private outdoor space.
At its heart lies a spacious covered pavilion, equipped with a barbecue, traditional peka oven, outdoor fridge, and all the essentials for relaxing and connecting outdoors.
The space is ideal for:
- children’s birthday celebrations
- weekend retreats or workshops (yoga, coaching, creative gatherings)
- casual family get-togethers and time with close friends – all self-organized
Please note: the house is not available for loud parties, bachelor, or bachelorette events.
The area around Šušnjari offers a variety of interesting places worth visiting.
Ivanić-Grad invites you to unwind at the Naftalan wellness center, while Čazma features a unique biological swimming pool and the scenic Medjame walking trail, ideal for long strolls or cycling.
The Moslavina hills and surrounding villages offer even more opportunities for day trips and exploration.

Boravak u ovoj kućici bio je pravo malo savršenstvo! 😊 Unajmili smo je za vikend i mogu reći da je ispunila – i premašila – sva naša očekivanja.
Vlasnica Zvjezdana zaslužuje posebno veliko hvala – nevjerojatno topla, gostoljubiva i pažljiva, stvarno se potrudila oko svakog detalja i bila maksimalno fleksibilna oko svih naših potreba. Taj topli pristup učinio je naše iskustvo još posebnijim. ❤️
Što se same kućice tiče – ona je jednostavno preslatka! Okućnica uronjena u prirodu pruža mir i opuštanje, a unutra vas dočekuje kretivno uređenje, udobnost, funkcionalnost i sve što vam može zatrebati (čak i ako nešto zaboravite ponijeti).
Definitivno mjesto gdje bih se vratila još 100 puta – i to bez razmišljanja! 🌿✨

As for the house itself – it’s simply adorable! The garden, surrounded by nature, offers peace and relaxation, while inside you’ll find creative décor, comfort, functionality, and everything you might possibly need (even if you forget to bring something).
Definitely a place I’d come back to a hundred times over – without a second thought! 🌿✨
